Who We Are

In 1845, the first East Indians arrived in Jamaica aboard the British Blundell Hunter, at Old Harbour Bay, bringing spices that blended beautifully with the island's iconic ingredients. What began as simple home cooking has since evolved into dishes now recognised and loved world-wide - curry goat, beef patties, roti and more.

 

We are a Jamaican-Indian mother and daughter team based in the UK, inspired by generations before us. We have memories, we have legacy... flavours and fusion rooted in the history of Old Harbour Bay that are at the heart of our family gatherings, celebrations and Sunday dinners.

 

Maybe you're making curry chicken for the first time, recreating your "nan's" cooking or you're a caterer wanting consistency of flavour for clients?
